If you ask Microsoft, who is your enemy, then they won't say it is Google or Apple. It is always EU. It is happening from the many years, EU is always troubles MS with lots of penalty and fine for their monopoly on several industries. Now it comes to the Browser war. EU's allegations is MS is forcefully bundling the IE with their windows to create monopoly.
