    This is a network of their programs that they have to offer it seems. I think they have around 3 programs in it. It was submitted to the affiliate programs directory in my sig my someone from the Microsoftaffiliates.net site it seems.

    I'm in it and It works well. You get $35 per Adcenter referral, $1 per live toolbar install.

    I think they're only accepting bigger sites for now though.
