Does anyone know if the page where merchants place affiliate tracking code is http or https? Microsoft adCenter wants to know when it shows me the affiliate tracking script... I assume if I sent code to a merchant they would be diligent enough to change the code to what it needed to be, but I'd just as soon send the correct code in the first place.
It depends on the individual vendor, but most are http: - they have little use to pay for a SSl certificate. Nonetheless, ask the vendor to make sure.
Thanks - I wasn't sure if the thank-you page the vendors use was part of the ClickBank system or not. It sounds like you're saying it's the vendor's own page.
