The first Microsoft adCenter Editorial treatment is automatic, this one is “pretty large”, the second one is “human”, and done by Editorial T1.

They never deal with KWs list in the same way..

Operate firstly with one campaign, including Ads and KWs List, when you’ve done this campaign and activate it, go back to "Campaigns" level, then create a new campaign and "Copy an existing one" by selecting your first campaign including Ads and KWs, put the same budget and bids..

It takes 1 minute for you to do it, but for adCenter Editorial, at least 15 times more for check 500+ KWs, so create 5, 10 campaigns on the same model.

At the end of the day/week, just keep the one with the best treatment, most of time, one of these gets 99% Keywords Activate, then delete others.

No need to copy. Just use the Excel template to import the campaigns.
