Microsoft Access 2007 slow querys

    Ok so I have a few big databases around a gig and half of a gig, that is located on server 2003. I went to compact and repair and everything went smooth. Now when most items are looked up it goes pretty quickly. However I am still getting a few issues where it takes forever to query when I am looking for a part still on my windows 7 machine. I tired a bunch of different things making access 2007 to as administrator etc..I spent hours trying to find a solution and so far nothing. I know some ends and outs of access but this is something I am scratching my head over.. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    ok i figured out what the problem was.. It was another database that was linked to the one database that wasn't compressed
