I once did this years ago but got burned heavily by the buyer when I changed payment methods to pay after setups (my fault doing such a large order anyhow without at least partial payment, but he was a regular). I am offering this service because I want to leverage my free time over the next 6 months; but to be brutally honest, my girlfriend has taken to starting her own thing to supplement her income (offline), and I want to follow suit. What I am offering: 1. Keyword Research Give me 24-48 hours to research and find good keywords to build a blog around. I use LongTailKeywordPro, shoot for low to medium competition keywords with at least 3k exact match local monthly searches, and have an EPC of at least $1. I will provide you a list, a list of available domains, and you will have to pick the one(s) you want to use and register those domains. 2. Wordpress Install You do not have to do anything else once you register the domain and add it to your hosting account. I will install Wordpress, necessary plugins, and configure the blog and plugins for you. I will add the required legal pages and recommended Contact Us and even About Us pages. 3. Configuration As mentioned above, I will fully configure your blog. I will add the monetization methods you choose from the list that follows: Adsense Clickbank Commission Junction Amazon Ebay Any other programs that you can provide the banner/affiliate info for 4. Content I will post 10 initial articles via ArticleBuilder and set it to post an additional 3 articles per day for 30 days after setup is complete for a total of 100 articles when all is said and done. Alternatively, I can write unique articles and post them (and/or schedule future posts) to the blog for an extra $5/article. Or I can also do a combination of the two. 5. SEO I will do all on-site SEO. Any off-site SEO should be done by you, but if there is a large demand for it, I may update this thread at a later point to offer that as a supplemental offer as well. 6. Income Guarantee I make no guarantee of income. First off all because I offer no traffic generation, but also because this is not an auto-blog; once content posting is completed, you will need to continue to post fresh content in order to keep the blog alive. This is key to assuring traffic and earnings, but since I cannot guarantee what other people will do on your site, I cannot guarantee you will generate income from your site. The packages I offer: 1 Blog Complete -$40 (TAT once you propagate the domain would be 3-4 days) 5 Blogs Complete -$175 (TAT once you propagate the domains would be 7-10 days) 10 Blogs Complete -$325 (TAT once you propagate the domains would be 14-20 days) Requests for larger orders may be accommodated at a discounted rate if there are not a substantial amount of orders ahead of you. Note that the TAT is from the time the domains are propagated; allow for 24-48 hours additional for keyword research and you to purchase/setup the domains on your account. Q. Will the setups be the same? A. No. I vary the themes, layout, colors, and anything else possible to make each site unique even if you buy in bulk.
