They are the worst service providers i have ever worked with.I chose the for one of my clients for the only reason that they are realy cheap. And after 6-8 moths of hosting i realised the they are really "CHEAP"..cheap in terms uptime,tech support,virus protection,customer care service. They dont care for their customers.support staff only ask them to upgrade the plan,instead of solving the problem or telling the what is the problem actually. They even dont inform you before shutting down your website. Recently they just suspended a website saying that it is causing server load..and they also stop my acess to cpanel by changing my username and password. And the website i am stating is just two months old with barely 20-40 page views a day. When i asked them to show the log files to know what is causing the server load they said they can not show me due to internal security reasons. All they are saying is to upgrade the plan to solve the problem.I mean this is pathetic.Why should i pay them..when they don't even bother to show the main reason behind the problem. Finally i have asked the to allow me to transfer my files..lets see what are the saying. I have hosted my websites for 4 years or so with other service providers,and problems do arise,but none of them gave lame excuses like microhosting support staff. So my advice to every single person who is looking to buy service from microhosting.in ,please look for other trusted services.Otherwise you will suffer in the middle just like me. I made the mistake..You don't do this.
