Well the Sap's at M$ are giving us all a blackmail threat, switch to XP and update it to SP2 or we will turn you over to hackers (the Russian Mafia).

What, they want you to pay them an additional $99.00 also if you do not all ready have XP.

Well Uncle Bill, this is the last straw for me, I would even support the Google OS over your OS now.

Switch to XP or...........else.......LOL Uncle Bill, can I send you another 99 bucks?

You need the money, I don't, oil is a record highs, business sucks, but I will be happy to send Steve Balmer and Bill Gates another 100 bucks so I can get the latest buggy browser update. :D

My solution to update to XP or else? Update to "A MAC" and forget about Microsoft once and for all.

Thanks for the threat Bill, but no thanks

It didn't say "switch to XP or else." Older software should simply not be supported after a certain date. There's nothing wrong abuot it. Besides you can find unofficial support for Microsoft software on hundreds of websites dedicated to the topic.

It's not really that big of a deal... Apple doesn't support older software either. If you think that they are going to be better in that respect, well, they aren't.

That does not mean that the car was defective when I bought it now does it?

When they do a recall they don't ask me for an extra 100 bucks for their trouble either.

I will take on all comers if you folks have not realized that yet.

Please continue to post defenses for this blackmail extortion scheme.

PLEASE UNCLE BILL, Don't use the Russian Mafia to extort money out of us poor dumb Microsoft customers

    Anthony:

Format your hard drive and upgrade to FreeBSD.

P.S. Donald Trump is a Republican and Bill Gates is a Democrat. Shouldn't you have Bill as your icon and be posting messages trashing Don?

The dirty deed is explained in the following article.

    http://news.com.com/Microsoft+to+secure+IE+for+XP+only/2100-1032_3-5378366.html

200 million users x 99 Bucks, I don't have a calculator that can add up this crime.
