    I'm selling a micro niche website with EMD (exact match domain)​

    CPC for this keyword is around $4 and it has around 12,000 monthly searches with more than 50 payed Adwords advertisers.​

    Website has 2 unique written good quality articles, embedded youtube videos and images related to that niche. It is also ready for social signals (like, tweet, share buttons under every post), Adsense and Amazon ads.​
    Traffic?​
    As I didn't have time to advertise/seo this website properly at the moment it has some minimal amounts of traffic.​

    Revenue?​
    After adding unique content I placed Adsense ads just to check possible revenue and website with just little traffic until now made me €10.69 which is around $14.38.​

    Why am I selling it? Simply because I don't have time to work on it and I believe that someone could use it better.
