    I'd like to sell off a micro niche site. It's ranking on Google number 7 for it's main keyword "apartments for rent in philadelphia" and page 2. Site earns like 2$ last month on adsense with only article submission done.Monthly US searches are 6,600 for the keyword with a cpc of 1.53$.
