    Selling my micro niche site ranked 3rd position on 1st page of google for the keywords with low competition as per google USA searches.
    Keywords searches are 4500+(global 2400 and USA 2400) with CPC $1.55 and high CTR theme, 2 X 450+ Unique articles. Just on page seo done.
    Have done no SEO rather then on page seo work, still 3rd position on 1st page of Google and I might be lacking with with monetizing.
    Site is 1 month old and I have earn $5.24 in total just in 1 month (Adsense). I am selling it because got no time monetizing.
