    Hello,

    Up for sale is Gustave Crocodile.

    The site is based on a low competitive keyword "Gustave Crocodile".

    Its very difficult to get a domain for a decent keyword.Keyword domains tends to rank really high on Google and other search engines.

    According to Google Adwords Keyword tool , the keyphrase Gustave Crocodile is getting 5,400 Searches and 1,900 exact searches which is great and the CPC $0.33. So this site can do really well if you build few links.

    Competetion on Google for this keyword is Super low.Its advanced competetion is just 1800.So I would say this site is going to rank on first page of Google for the keyword with the minimal efforts.

    I have got a reseller account from hostgator, so I can give hosting for free for 6 months if the buyer needs it.

    How do you monetize the website?
    I do not see any adsense ads or any other affiliate links or ads on there.

    Its a new site. I didn't install AdSense as I'm going to sell this. However I can put AdSense code for buyer if he needs it.
