    definitely MNF, but Google Keyword Tool is not bad too, actually data from MNF is also extracted from google

    The data MNF used is from google, so they are the same.

    but if you really look at MNF keyword suggestion list, you get much more keywords compared to Google
    data from Google is the monthly searches and etc only

    MNF is a great tool. OK, it's not free and Google is, but you can get considerably more information including a determination as to whether of not the keyword phrase is worth targeting.
