    Its a good tool,i used it last year, make sure u also check the SOC manually.

    I personally use Market Samurai now.

    Micro Niche Finder got way better with the recent updates. In earlier versions he still pulled wordtracker data, but now finally pulling Google data like any other good keyword tool.
    SOC, by the way, is calculated like intitle:keyword inanchor:keyword inurl:keyword <--- i am not sure if thats perfect, it would return way less results compared to Market Samurai (i usually only use SEOTC/intitle: in MS as an indicator for competition strength). But MNF uses all three of those to calculate SOC.
