This is a micro niche adsense website, made to earn from adsense based on low competition based Nail Art Designs niche. I have crafted and customized this theme (Prosense customized) for adsense specially to get higher CTR.

Content - This site has 20 Unique articles written on this niche with long tail keywords in mind.

Earning & Traffic - Its a fresh new website, so can not expect much traffic, but from 1-2 days its getting 10-15 UVs

I just checked this site is on 4-5th on Yahoo search engine for keyword "Nail Art Designs", and with some link building and promotion you should be able to get it on Google as well.

Im selling this website, because im working on some other MNS projects and being a web designer, im not able to find time to promote it the way it should be. This niche is untapped and earning potential is endless once you start ranking up.

On top of everything, i have done extensive Keyword research before i started this website, including many long tail keywords with decent amount of global monthly searches, and ill be giving that report to the buyer as well, so he/she can continue to build traffic and optimizing those keywords.

This is exact keyword search counts NOT BROAD, if you go for broad then it goes even higher for around 2,00,000 monthly searches.
If you manage to get this on page 1, you'll be making a killing with adsense income. As it gets exact 110,000 monthly searches.
