    I am selling this micro niche site in hot health (arthritis) niche - psoriasisarthritis.org

    There is NO seo work done on site. So with little efforts it can easily rank. If you check Google for main keyword - psoriasis arthritis, you can see that competition is very weak so it can easily be outranked.

    Currently site has 1 main page article - 100% unique and well written. Top quality with 1 image and video from youtube as well as external links to authority health sites in the niche.

    Site has HUGE potential with decent CPC if you know what you are doing :) I just don't have time for it but with little content and SEO, it can do wonders.

    NO traffic or rev tracked yet. Adsense block added to show that site is NOT banned or anything.

    Hello, I'm missing something. I clicked on your highlighted sites in your posting but it goes to seo clerks page and can not find any sites being offered from there. I am interested in domains that have good keywords in the name. thanks for any info.

    Yes I found the arthritis site fine, loaded very quick too. No you say you have others for sale and the word 'sites' was highlighted so I thought it was a link to other sites for sale. But it doesn't.
