Michiganders: Partnership in Pron

What I am looking for is someone fairly local who has the skills I need. I will consider a partnership (full or strategic), but that means you have a chunk of cash to "buy in". I am already well established, and doing online full time. So I do not need dead weight, nor will you be the "saving grace". This is about lightening my workload.

While that sounds harsh, I want to get it out of the way first because a lot of responses I get from people are that they are doing me some 'favor'. Which I want to get out from right now and get to the specifics.

I have a online media company who deals in some adult niche markets. Not solely, but it's a piece in the puzzle that finances my other ventures. I also have a web hosting company that is ready to launch, but I haven't yet. I am also investing in a music network I am building from ground up. So as you might guess, we are a growing company with fingers in a lot of pies so to speak.

So why is a partner needed? Well, my current business partner in my production company is not tech savy. He is busy in real estate, and doesn't have the skills I need for a true partnership. Someone who helps carry that load. This includes everything from shooting, to production, and promotion. Which as you might gather, is growing with the new projects I take on.

So what I am looking for here is someone who has a shared interest in our niche markets first and foremost, as well as computer skills. A common vision would be nice as well. Being able to turn it on, and send e-mail is not enough. If you want to be a full partner, to replace my existing. Then you need green backs. So do not broach the subject unless you are serious, and have the cash to make an offer.

    Additional information:

I am 35, so I am looking for someone in the general ball park. While I shoot adult oriented material, this is not a dating service. You do not get to "hook up" with the ladies. So do not bother asking. This is a business. Male or female business partner doesn't bother me. But you have to understand fetish markets. Also be a self starter who doesn't need meticulous supervision.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has a background in networking, programming, and design. So they can fill in the void I do not have, and keep that stuff in house. Versus contracting out. They would also be in SW MI. So that meetings, logistics, and learning how to shoot our stuff is feasible.

You would be coming in to take the company to the next step. Not be a learning process, or just some employee punching the clock. It probably would help if you have some of your own goodies to bring to the table.

This is a good start to what I am looking for. If this is you, contact me and we'll talk more.
