I just got thru watching a few of his old videos on Youtube...Billy Jean, Bad, Beat It, Thriller, etc. I never was a tremendous fan of his, but I have to admit, he was a true pop music icon.

 

Wow... and to think he actually got so many reps...

 

Man, I was shocked to hear this and hope MJ finds peace in the next life.

You really make a lot of assumptions about people you don't know and are surprised and angry when they don't match your assumptions. I suspect the problem is on your side of the fence.

 

I repped you for your post because you see through the BS fallacious reasoning, such as appeal to emotion, argument from ignorance, generalization, AND the personal attacks that Mia makes while trying to convict a dead, yet still legally innocent man.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. Tell her to be strong without religion of any sort; that way no one but herself can effect her.

 

Being a parent should give you a little more insight into what is true, and not just what has been said.


I'll bet if you check you local data base, there are probably convicted child molesters within 5 miles of your house (unless you live in a rural area)

You are not the only parent in the world, I am sure there were plenty of parents in the Police and District Attorneys Offices during the allegations against Jackson, and none of them ever saw any evidence to support the claims. He was never charged criminally in either case..they were both civil cases...for money.

I am sure that you will agree that "Child Molester" is the Salem Witch call of our time, just a mere mention and people assume guilt and start rallying the lynch mob.

nobody gets a pass on that. No one. People are so paranoid of it , that I am surprised Santa Claus hasn't yet been arrested for sitting kids on his lap to grant Christmas wishes....believe me, it's only a matter of time before people start seeing something perverted in that.

I seriously doubt that if there were the slightest bit of evidence in the matter, there would have been formal charges. In most instances, physical evidence isn't even needed for an over zealous DA to file charges...just "He said, she said" and they didn't even view that as credible.

I have seen you take the "innocent until proven guilty" stand before on this forum as well as bash people (including myself) for speaking half truths without any evidence of fact , so , it is surprising to see that those standards that you hold do not apply universally, and that you use the excuse of being a parent to justify it.

I could file suit in court against you for any number of reasons, it doesn't mean that it is true...it just means that I think I can win

It happens everyday.

The one thing that is the most true, is that none of use really know for sure so any feelings one way or another are purely conjecture, however, according to the law, he has always been innocent, and that has to be respected unless otherwise proven beyond a reasonable doubt..or we may as well just start pointing people out on the street and accusing them of being terrorist because they wear a head dress, and racist because they listen to Lynard Skinnard.

...or even worse yet, just because someone else said it was true while they were suing for money.

If it were that easy I would sue everyone who rode by my house playing "Sweet Home Alabama" from their car for racial intimidation and civil rights violations...if of course they had any money.

I was one of those who were shocked.
Though I am not a fan of him but I like his music cos its very inspirational especially
