    There are long but also could be sold,you are right about the ny domain,it whas sold for 42$ k,but here are some facts:
    -according to namebio this is the only geo+apartmentsforsale sold ever
    -it's newyork+keyword (the point is if you check geo+keyword,the most domains that are sold are starting with newyork+keyword)
    -they where no sales with capetown+keyword (that i could find)

    IMO:
    -.infos regfee-maximum a few $ on a forum auction
    - capetown domains,reseller mid$-maximum high$$(if someone really really needs it,there are plenty domains for regging with the
    capetown in it like capetownhomes dot net etc )
