    1.can i use vps as remote desktop? if yes then will u set the vps as remote desktop for me for free?
    2. Can u install windows in that vps?
    3. I want to use a vps only for downloading and uploading to some file sharing sites..will u allow this?

    A no for Windows as stated on the subject line this is for OpenVZ only and none of Windows OS will work on it.

    You can use ubuntu remote desktop is you want but remote desktop alone require 700 +++ ram on run. Do NOT treat your burstable ram like your guaranteed ram. This is always get misunderstood by client.
