MGID - Scam or not?

    I've read things about MGID that are not nice. But the posts were 3 or 4 years old. I was approved today by them and have my code but have not put any up yet (except a private URL to check them out). Are they or are they not a reputable ad network? Also are they a CPC or CPM or a little of both? Will I get paid and not have any porn of any kind shown? I've read pro and con about them. I've been turned down by every reputable ad network. Only ones who will accept me are bottom of the barrel it seems. And I have lots of traffic. Thanks for any help.

    MGID not one of the biggest native advertising network they are an native advertising network I have used them before but for me there CPC was very cheap .
