    ac3, since this is a one page site, and the money is made through arbitration of some kind, and also that the site doesn't have organic traffic, I assume that most those people backing out must be thinking, "hey, I can throw a one page site just like this in an hour or else myself". As I said, since this website won't be getting any organic traffic and most probably won't be visited once again (there goes the domain name as well, it could just as well be abc123.info), there seems to be no value in buying this. I could even copy the exact text you have there, for I wouldn't mind google not listing me at all.
    It can only be the info about the traffic source you have, and the details about the PPC campaign you are running -if any, that people would be interested in purchasing here.

    Exactly, I could go pay something as little as $50 for 15 pages of unique content and throw it up and get organic traffic. Sorry dude, but it's not worth the BIN, not even close. The domain is good, but that's all you're really selling.

    I get traffic by advertising at a few websites I have. I pay probably $30-$40 a month for advertising and usually get $200+ out of it.

    Why am I selling it so cheap? I have not advertised this website for a couple of months, and am still working on other larger projects.

    If you are the winner of this website, I will send you a step by step guide on where to advertise on the website to make the earnings I did. It's a very simple guide.
