It actually has 18,100 EXACT global monthly searches in Google, and it links to architecture (mezzanine), finance, and sports (billiard cues)
Well if it has people searching for it, then it's a good 4 letter, 1 word domain. The biggest problem is of course .co, it all really hinges on that. The question is, "Will .co become a very valuable and sought-after extension?" If so, then this domain will be valuable, but if not it will never reach more then the low $xxx price range. My personal opinion is that .co will not become popular and it's better to invest in .com. .co might carve out it's own little niche but it will never be the "go to" extension. Regards
