    What are the modes of loading paypal balance, apart from withdraw funds from

    1.Bank account/Credit card
    2. Transfer from another Paypal account
    SEMrush
    Please tell
    can i load my paypal account by moneybookers , or liberty reseve...Any modes..

    I think so you can't do it .. You have to transfer money from MB or LR to bank account and then to paypal .. There is no legit direct way to do so (as far as i know)

    No you can't load money to your PayPal account from Moneybookers, Liberty Reserve etc. Only ways to load money to your account is either via Bank account or you can use your credit card to send payments. Off course you can always get paid by someone with a PayPal account.

    use your MB or LR buy VCC and load money to paypal by that VCC

    I just made transaction, and used paypal payment method. Actually my paypal account balance was zero, but my payment was successful by charged to my credit card. Before I already linked my credit card to my paypal account (when registered and made verification). I made a conclusion that we no need to make "manual loading" to our account, do it? But I got 4% additional charge ( I'm not sure, whether It's paypal fee or my domain registrar fee).

    Agree with that ,the use of paypal is no effective other then method.buy a currencies that can accept your local cash and then buy virtual card that you can get from so many places include epayare.com and then upload the paypal,the sort cut is look some Member who have high trader that you can called it here for help
