Don't waste your time or money with this. You only get a bump in followers. If you need that for your ego - go ahead (but do consult a psychiatrist, there could be something wrong)
This is a waste of time and will end up being counterproductive to your purposes. Engage with people and provide meaningful content to increase your followers. Taking part in Twitter chats is also usually a good way to get an influx of like minded followers.
Cool, useless twitter followers. Great to boost your ego, but nothing else. If it was my friend, I'd suggest that he should visit a shrink. There could be something terribly wrong with him
If you want to get more followers, follow as many as you can and maybe you can send them direct message to follow you back. Start it with a good conversation.
