search google with your keyword. Filter by blogs which is found on the right side of the Search Engine Result Page (you might need to click on more to find blog filter). To know whether it's dofollow or no follow you can use firefox plug in named sweesty. here is the link https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/swoosty-seo-tools/ it will highlight the no follow links with red highlighter. first you have to find blogs, good PR + dofollow. if you google it, you can find a lot, then simple comment, remember not to include URLs in comment section, just include URL in the URL field only.
