add targeted followers, tweet with your blog rssfeed/tweet your links not too often

 

you must know what your niche is and go after the people that you think will bring in the bacon. first you must make real relationships. I you really have to be good at your game and do your home work.

 

This topic has been brought up time and time again, it's very simple. Go to Twitter profiles in your niche who have a lot of followers - generally at least 3 or 4 thousand, more is better. Then click their followers link and scroll through their list and add as many people as you want (don't exceed 500/day, Twitter will mark your account as spam).
