Method of increasing the trafic for news site?

    hi,
    my site http://headlinesindia.com is coming on 21 on india news and top on many keywords but i want traffic so that the ads that is there on the pages will be clicked in order to increase my daily budget so the more click i recieved the more will be my earning. plz tell me the method of increasing the traffic and clicks
