A Metal Gear fan site that's been up for almost five months. It receives over 100 unique visitors every day. The ads are not required by me or my host. So for me it makes $0. However with 100 uniques a day, and the fact that Metal Gear is a hugely popular franchise, I'm sure there's some good revenue to be made if you develop the site more. The domain name is a high quality one and I gotta say that it's the best idea to use this domain for any Metal Gear site that you might have or plan on making one. Besides, there aren't any good, decent Metal Gear forums out there so you can be the first and biggest forum around the internet today and hopefully make more money.

As for the sign up stats, I took a screenshot of it from the ACP's statistics version since you asked for it.



As you can see for yourself, November and December was the biggest hit. I haven't had the time enough to spend most of my time on the site so yeah it dropped down just a bit only but I'm sure it can do much better if you pay more attention to the site and all, you know. Trust me, it got potentional. Oh and here's a hint for you. If you can afford a license for vBSEO which costs $140, then you don't have to worry about traffic, ad revenue or anything like that. vBSEO will do all the trick and it'll make your life pretty damn easier. Just like my other site FFF (link is in my sig).

What game? If you're talking about MGS4 for the PS3, then I believe it'll be released at the end of this year or probably Q1 2008, however I'm not quite sure so just check on GameSpot or any other gaming sites.

 

You say the vBulletin license is optional. Do you mean it's included at a certain price? Thanks!

Yes that's what I meant actually. I can sell the whole site without the vBulletin license though if that's what you're looking for. And I believe it'll be a bit cheaper for you to buy this site without the vBulletin but anyway, it's your call really.

I'm still confused. What I wanted to know was if somebody bought it at $400 BIN, does that include the vb license? Or, if the auction closes at, say, $200, would the license be included? Maybe the best thing for you to say is the auction includes the vb license if it goes over $x or clearly whether the auction does or does not include the license. Otherwise, people have no idea what they are bidding on.

Yeah if someone bought it for $400 BIN, it DOES include with the vBulletin license. But if that person doesn't want the vB license, then I will drop off -$120 since he's not asking for it so the total would be $280. Do you feel me?
