    Hi guys,

"Nowadays, length of MetaTitle isn’t matter for search engines" Do you agree with this statement or no?

I am under impression having shorter meta title max 70 chars will produce better serp results. Some one have have suggested having 160 chars for my meta title?

According to me The title tag should be of 66 char and description should be of 160 char as Google only shows these length while searching for a keyword. After this limit Google will not take any character into search Results.

I heard that Google puts most value on first few words in Title Tag. If you go over your 60 chars the weight is spread and the value for the keywords is smaller, and at the same time harder to optimize for SEO results. So best is to focus on 2-3 core keywords withing those 60 chars.

If you do seo for more keywords you should evenly distrubute them oover other pages to get best results.

Yes, exactly. I don't do anything more than 8 keywords, then pop in the dash and then the business name. Course, you have to back up whatever words you put in the title.

Well, in title you should try to have the max number of high search volume keywords in a way that it does not exceed at max 70 characters.

In my opinion, the Meta title characters are best when its about 65 characters and that includes white spaces and make they are keyword rich too.

In my opinion Canadaontop is right, my view on this topic is same as Canadaontop view. Because goole guideline says that do work for visitors not work for me(Google search engine), so always use that Title and Description length which is visible to a user on search engine. It is a good practice, otherwise you can use long titlt and long description. As i know there is know any limit by google guidelines for webmaster on this topic, it's all depend on your logic.

No way man 160 characters is NOT the size your title tag should contain. Try to keep it down to 60 spaces included. 160 characters is for the meta descriptions.
