    Curioustity question, although I am probably going to find out soon, does anyone know what the difference between having no description meta tag and the same tag being empty as in no content?

    Most SE's don't place any emphasis on meta descriptions. Some do though. So it doesn't hurt to have them.

    I haven't ever setup any meta tags... To be honest... I really don't even know exactly how to do it... Should I bother with it?? I have heard google, yahoo, msn, etc. don't make much use of them.

    i set up meta tags just to have them and like you guys said its never does hurt having them :D
