Yes you should if they offer different contents - if not, try to keep them unindexed

    Hello,

It depend on how you link them in website. You link them in website and each page has different content in it. Then you should use different meta tags. Meta tags are used by search engine to give your page values in search engine search result.

No I don't think you need to have different meta tags for each page. Select some of the main important keywords which you would like to concentrate on and use it as a general one for your whole site. In fact your post should be based and centered around the tags and not the other way round.

Yes, every dynamic page should have it's one <title> and <h1> tag if you want all three pages to perform. Also, be careful about duplicate content issues.

I believe you should treat each page of your website as it's own page - each page should have it's own unique page title, meta description, meta keywords, h1, etc.

If you have 2 or more pages that are similar in content, and thusly the page titles, descriptions, and keywords would virtually be the same, then mixed them up a bit so that even though they are the same, they look different.

I disagree. If you go to the google webmaster tool, verify your website and do a diagnosis, it will show warnings for duplicate meta tags.

Common sense: each page is different so why would the description meta tags stay the same?

yes, of course. If you are targeting three different pages with different keywords than you must feed different unique meta tags in the page.

If you want to optimize each page than it is obvious to add meta tags on each page.
