    What is better to do?

Use different meta tags on each page of your site or have them the same throughout?

the meta tags should reflect the content that is on the page. So, unless all of your pages are the same, your meta tags should also be different.

Yes, all tags should be relevant to the content. That's why they are.

    Hello,

Yes, I use meta tag description and keyword on each page... If you use meta description Goolge will show it on the search engine...

Meta tags aren't used overly by Google, but if they're different on every page, then Google'll think you've spent more time thinking about the content on that page, and will give it a better PR. ^^

I also find it extremely helpful to use software that will automatically scan the pages you create and automatically insert the right data in the meta tags. I know this exists for Joomla and Wordpress at minimum, and it saves a lot of time. You can always go in and edit them later by hand, too, if you don't like the auto-generated suggestions.

It is better to work on meta tags on every page; it is time consuming but necessary.

Different pages should have different tags to reflect uniqueness of content though the most important may be description and title.

Different Meta tags are very important. If you have time to do it, then definitely make them unique according to your page content.
