Meta Tags on all pages? or just two pages?

I have a website that has about 10 pages. It has meta tags on two of the pages, is it wise to make all the pages have meta tags so that it is "search engine" friendly?

    Thanks

use different tittle (if dont have main slogan) different meta description and different keywords for each pages. and finally you can use typo words for tittle and description. But firstly you must find top typo words about your content (This is a really big tip)

for example i have one education/reference website and my website titttle include grammar keyword. my first week:
    yahoo 10 hit
    msn 5 hit
    google 0 hit
than i change the tittle, i used gramar, gramer, grammer, grammr on the tittle and description tags.
    yahoo 20+
    msn 15+
    google 10 +
    others 5+

    only this...

Okay. So let's say using that strategy you manage to hit page one of the Google search results for one of those words.

I then do a search and your page comes up with the title, "gramar, gramer, grammer, grammr" and a snippet from the description tag that says, "gramar, gramer, grammer, grammr".

Do I click on the link to your page? Hell, no -- it looks dreadful... spammy as hell... I'll click on the page above or below yours.

but i dont use all typos on 1 title. I am using only 1 typo each page. For example:
    Homepage Tittle:Grammar Online
Sub Tittle 1: Grammar Online - Common Grammar/Grammer Errors
Sub Tittle 2: Grammar Online - Most Common 1000 Words / Gramar

Every tittle include 1 typo word. Typo words can be choose about other tittle words.

    Your site -- your choice.

I think it looks spammy. Any time I do a search, I have a lot of links to click on. I don't click on links that look spammy. And if I never get to your site, how will I ever see that the only part that is spammy is your title/description?

Have you noticed that if you type "grammer" into a Google search box, Google will say, "Did you mean grammar?"...

Maybe that is look spammy but internet users (%80-90) doesnt know about "search engine spam" or "seo spam" they click only showy tittle. and if we have huge and useful content, visitors doesnt consider tittle. I think this is the right way for finding newbie internet users.
    Another Things:
What is the meaning of grammar in the other languages, maybe gramar, gremer, grammer, gremmer etc... :)

As I said, your site -- your choice.

But I think that's a bad strategy. I don't think internet users need to know anything about "SE spam" or "SEO spam" to know something that looks cheesy when they see it. And I don't think most searchers are looking for "flashy titles" -- they're looking for something that looks a little more solid and sincere, IMO.
