I want to know about meta tags and keywords.

And how they are related to Onsite SEO. and how to do OnSite SEO.

 

Try to use google analytics tool for find your keyword and meta tags are playing a very important roll in google ranking.

 

meta tags very important for your site, add your meta tag description & keywords related to you site example: your site about Jewelry you can add you keywords meta tag like this: <meta name="keywords" content="jewelry,diamond,pearls,silver,gold" />
and place your meta tag on the head of site page.

 

Keyword metatags are the least important part of seo - the major search engines don't use them.

 

Writing surefire meta descriptions is art. If surfer find your site in serp, your meta description will play important role to force surfer click on your site.
Keyword metatag. Google and Yahoo don't include this metatag into their search algorithm.
