Meta Tag probs

I recently created a set of Meta Tags for a site and advised them to upload the info to their page.

They must have done this last weekend and when I checked it just now using a META TAG checker I got 0 results. The webmaster responsable has obviously uploaded the new tags but I ve notice more meta tags further on down the page.....if I scroll down even further there are yet again more metag tags. They are also using CMS.

Any advice on this matter will help...thnx

Use this url in your meta tag checker instead: www.generators-communication.de/cms/front_content.php?idcatart=14

www.generators.de is just a big frame that contains www.generators-communication.de, neither of which contain any useful meta tags or content. Javascript is used to forward the user to the actual content of the site. The search engine bots won't parse the javascript, and won't index it! You should replace the javascript with a 301 Redirect.

Slightly better would be to include the meta tags in www.generators.de, and make the frameset link directly to the main CMS content. Better still, get rid of the frames completely, and use a 301 Redirect (search these forums for details).

    Cryo.

PS: There's an aweful lot of meta tags... (32). Many of them are duplicated (e.g. robots), and many others aren't useful.
