I know SE's usally frown upon meta refresh, but what about using it in an Iframe to refresh, instead of re-directing to a url? Is it still bad then?

So it's still bad inside of an Iframe?

    Can anyone confirm this?

I'm not sure, but it might still be seen as a doorway page.
