meta refresh/form refresh and AdSense. bad idea?

    Hi all.
On one of my sites I have a page with a html form, and I wanted to refresh that page every time the form button was pressed, I couldn't figure out how this could be done with out going server side, (which I know nothing about!) So I thought about putting a meta refresh on the page set at 5 minutes.
But then I thought that AdSense may not like that and they may ban me.
So any one know if its OK?
The reason I wanted to refresh the page is that when I have a visitor that does not move off the page they are on then I do not get any "Time on site" stats from Google analytics. So forcing a periodic refresh would give me a general time.
So again, does anyone know if that is OK and if not is a form refresh OK? or any other way of achieving it? If a form refresh is OK then I will spend more time trying to figure out how to do it!
    Thanks in advance! :)

It look likes didn't break TOS but i prefer don't to bother google adsense beacuse google will take notice of you, also i think "refresh" not necessrry.

    Thanks for the reply Adulu,
I agree that I should not bother Google, I don't want to draw attention from them... I may give up on the idea.
    Thanks,
    James

I think you don't have to periodic refresh
