    Don't really need those those 2 meta tags, just description and keywords will do. I would use robot txt if you have something you don't want the search engines to access such as a lot of redirects. Google seems to be offended by too many redirects *cloaking*.

    <head>
    <title>COMPUTER CARTOONS technology computer cartoon humor</title>
    <meta name="description" content="All cartoons in this catalog are available. If any of them are of interest, right click & save to folder of your choice and attach the artwork when e-mailing me. Click here for more hi tech cartoon humor!">
    <meta name="keywords" content="computer cartoons technology humor IT cartoon hi tech">
    <META NAME="revisit-after" CONTENT="31 days">
    <META NAME="mssmarttagspreventparsing" CONTENT="true">
    <META HTTP-EQUIV="imagetoolbar" CONTENT="no">
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en-us">
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
    <meta http-equiv="Page-Enter" content="revealTrans(Duration=1.0,Transition=14)">

    I think this meta tag is not important at all.
