"Meta Name" or "ALL in one seo" plug-in ... which one ?

    Hi ,

    i have a wordpress site about physic content ( Turkish ) . And i have a question about SEO my site ... And i don't know , which one i choose below ;

    For exam , when i was writing to google : " hava masası " . Uludagsozluk.com coming first and my site : " www.fizikhakkinda.com " coming sixth . I wrote description " hava masası " uludagsozluk und my site , same time . But uludagsozluk coming first . When i was look up this site's page source :

    <META NAME="Keywords" CONTENT="<?php wp_title(''); ?> hakkında bilgi,<?php wp_title(''); ?> nedir,<?php wp_title(''); ?>,<?php wp_title(''); ?> içeriği ">
<META NAME="Description" CONTENT="<?php wp_title(''); ?> hakkında bilgiler,<?php wp_title(''); ?> nedir,<?php wp_title(''); ?> ile ilgili tanımlamalar.  ">

    or

    i continue use " ALL in one seo " plug-in .



    What can i do ? Which one is perfect ?
