Of course the title tag is very useful. used appropriately. That means write a title for humans, about 70 characters (reduces the chance of it being rewritten by Google in the search results).

EDIT: This is a good article about long title tags:

Ok thanks for you reply. Actually in title we can able to add 70 characters. But this space is not enough to mention all the working process of a concern. For ex. If it a web development company they do lots of task like development, design, supports, Business development so and so. Where to we want to mention the remaining keywords if Meta keyword doesn't work?

We should restrict our title tag to 70 to 75 characters only. If your list goes more than this just put only those services that are on priority and skip least important services as in your case. Long titles are not search engine friendly and also title beyond 70 characters does not being showed up in Google.

Not sure I get you, but any keywords you're wanting to rank for should exist in, and be relevant to, the content. Your anchor text should be relevant to, and exist, in the target content. Be careful with synonyms and so-called LSI (a bullsh*t term, really). There has been a lot of hype surrounding that, but in recent Google updates they have been tightening up on this.

You don't need every keyword to be in the exact order, but the words just to exist on that page (and quite possibly as an anchor text). For example, a page might have the address on it (e.g. New York City) and service being offered is car cleaning. Just because those words aren't in sequence in the content doesn't mean it can't rank for the search term car cleaning new york as it can.
