Meta keywords have no role in SEO

    Hi,
    I think now meta keywords have no role in SEO,if we are targeting Google.

    because we all know title tags and description shows in search results when we search a keyword,but no role of meta keywords.

    What you think?Is this true or false?

    No it's wrong meta keywords also important to targeting Google

    Now Google doesn't considers meta keywords, it only considers title & meta descriptions. So when targeting keywords, you should use your keywords in title & meta description. Also while searching on Google, it show title & meta description in their search results.

    Title is the most important text of the page. But do not use meta keywords! Google can find itself all of the keywords from your text. Google no need your help. Google knows better! ;)

    It's False - Google not consider for meta but yahoo,bing is consider for meta keyword.
    my knowledge meta keywords is most IMP for Search engine.Meta keyword is 80-160 and meta Description is 80 - 160

    Yes, Meta keywords are not important for Google but is important for Yahoo and Bing.
