    Should meta keywords be like:

    keyword,keyword,keyword,keyword

    OR

    keyword, keyword, keyword, keyword

Just a comma, or a comma and a space?

I believe comma and space is the correct syntax.

Of all of the major search engines, only Yahoo! pays any attention to the keywords <meta> tag, and even they give it very little consideration. As such, the syntax you use doesn't really matter as long as you don't try to include every conceivable variation of the keywords that are relevant to the page where it resides.
