    Say I want to target 'Free Funny Videos'.

    Would I have my meta keywords be:

    "free,funny,videos,free funny videos"

    Just "free funny videos"

    Or just

    "free,funny,videos"

    I would think the first would be best, but I'm not the expert.

    i would do it as:

    free funny videos, videos that are funny, funny videos, free videos

    Along the lines of what theseokit says. Find terms that you know you would be able to rank for. I always look for relevant key phrases that aren' too competitive.

    Only one keyword isn't enough.
    "free,funny,videos,free funny videos" is better.

    Agreed richie, but to rank for the term FREE will be nearly impossible. Always put the most important keyword first! The SE's read from top left to bottom right.

    Do a keyword research to determain what keywords suit you the best. You can use DP keyword suggestion tool...
