I run a pr3 website and am attempting to get the hang of keywords and meta tags....when adding my meta description does it matter if it is in sentence form or just keywords?

 

you should write a small description of that page , for key word use META keyword

yes, meta description is for you to describe about your website and not keywords. It not meta keywords. you may integrate keywords with some wording do describe your website but not recommend to use much keywords. Because reader is looking for content and not keywords. Keywords just show more in your Title rather than description.
