Just looking at the second site your keyword stuffing may have meant the meta tags are discredited. Search engines don't use them much anyway. and trust me, you shouldn't be using that spelling of "come" on any respectable website. I'm speachless, how did that get past the client?
When your description is not relevant and Google doesn't like it, they just show another part of your content instead of it. About meta keywords, it's absolutely not needed and you only lost your time. You can remove it immediately.
The keyword stuffing and excess of limit in meta title and meta description can be the reason for this.
yes, write the meta description which is related to your page and than fetch it with Search console. Sure you will get the right one on Google.
