I was just wondering if Meta and Keywords should be entered onto every page of your website or just your.index page.

    cheers

u can use ASP/PHP script to makes things faster as usual.
coding require. by think another way round, is it worth the effort. NOP. just type it in, simple and fast right.

look for meta generator online. auto generate for u, just paste it in.

Its very important to keep Meta and keyword in each and very page of your site, google give weightage to this. you can make it by using query string in your coding, if there are number of pages.

You should have unique title, description and keywords for every page and be sure that they are tailored to every page.

And yes, Google will ding you for duplicate META tags, especially title.

Not really. Google gives 0 "weightage" to meta keyword and descriptions. That is so 1996.

Yahoo and MSN are a different story.

due to every page being unique it is best to include the meta desc and keywords on each page so that the content/subject matter is clear. so best to have meta desc and keywords based on each pages particular topic.
