Messenger Shared Media instead Shared Photos.

    Hello. If I access Messenger from my account the "shared media" box is not available. if I access from my account on the same application from the same device only with different account Shared Media is available.

    Also many updates come to my account later. Is it because he is older? I repeat if I access from the same device but from another recent account I have all new facilities.

    Please .. only useful answers. Thanks❤️❤️

    I've got an android and an apple phone and my facebook messenger menu doesn't match what you've shown on either phone.

    Can you let us know:
    • what operating system your device is using
    • what version of the operating system
    • is the facebook messenger app upgraded to the latest version
