Messenger and Shared Photos

    Hoping someone can help here please. I have a photo which will not dissapear from a conversation I have had with another facebook user via messenger. We have both deleted our full conversations and deleted and re-installed Messenger but the photo still remains.

    Anyone got any advice as how best I can go about getting rid of this photo please.

    The photo should not be showing anymore, but keep in mind that even if the photo wont appear there anymore, it will never be deleted from facebook archives.

    Surely in a few conversations with the other person it will have scrolled out of sight?

    And you know we all now want to know who sent what!!!

    I have tried to delete photo but it is always there in the Shared Content section, all others have gone but this one just remains
