    I'm selling http://www.messemotions.com (excellent and rare domain name)

    Its an Msn/smileys related website.

    I'm selling due to other projects that require large amounts of time.

    Its a PR 5

    Gets around 700 visits a day

    Makes $4 - Average a day from Adsense + could sell PR5 text links

    REVENUE (Adsense)

    March: $74.77
    April (so far) - $82.42

    I really do like the site and has took me a while to find a good stable MSN site with an excellent click rate with good content it could be huge.

    Ranks 3rd in Google for "msn display names"
    Top 10 for "msn display names"
    and many more!

    Please note that in the past few weeks the sub pages dont seem to load, really don't know what's happened but can be sorted easily I'm sure in the right hands!

    Is there co-op weight applied to this site? You have a lot of backlinks for such a young site..

    Are there any IBL's that will be removed after the site is sold?

    Would like to see stats on WHERE the traffic comes from...

    There was co op weight applied when I first purchased it, but that was 6 months ago, and has always been a pr5. There were links purchased 6 months ago also, but has none now. The traffic has been constant also. Will PM you with where the traffic comes from, infact I will place a counter up.
